Card Processing Surcharge: A 3.5% card processing fee will be automatically added to all debit card transactions to cover merchant processing expenses.
How to Avoid the Processing Fee (Individuals): Individual clients can completely bypass the 3.5% surcharge by choosing to pay with Cash or Zelle at the time of service.
How to Avoid the Processing Fee (Organizations): In addition to Cash or Zelle, verified organization group accounts have the exclusive option to bypass card fees by paying via Business Check or direct ACH Bank Transfer.
Unacceptable Payment Methods: Please note that we no longer accept Cash App or Chime payments under any circumstances.
Refund Policy: Please review our refund policy carefully, as we do not issue refunds for any service once it has been performed.
Chargeback & Dispute Warning: If you dispute debit or credit card charges after a service has been completed, a formal administrative request will be submitted immediately to state repositories for your fingerprints to become inactive for a period of 30 days.

State and federal background screening fees are strictly regulated and vary depending on your specific Originating Agency Identifier (ORI) number or your particular background screening type (such as Vocational Rehabilitation / Voc Rehab, AHCA, DCF, or APD).
Don't know your ORI Number? Please check with your employer, licensing board, or state coordinator prior to booking to ensure your data routes to the correct department smoothly. We accept independent payments from individuals at the time of service, as well as direct corporate billing for authorized group accounts.

A standard mobile dispatch travel fee applies to all pre-scheduled travel requests. Fees are calculated based on the driving distance from Winter Haven, FL to your preferred convenient location, added in addition to your baseline ORI screening cost.

For critical, last-minute requests outside of normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm), an additional Emergency Dispatch Fee will be applied. This premium covers immediate resource deployment outside of normal operating patterns to any location you need us, day or night. When an emergency call comes in, we will ALWAYS do our absolute best to get to you as soon as possible and exhaust every effort to get a certified screening technician out to your location immediately.

Standard dispatch travel fees may be heavily reduced or completely waived for pre-scheduled corporate group sessions with a minimum number of applicants at a single location.
